Return Process

  Place the items in their original Meller box and protective casing, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
